A student in International Affairs, History, and Portuguese, Tom's interests range from deforestation in Mozambique to domestic politics in Late Antiquity.  He hopes to pursue career in public service, specifically within the Lusophone realm. Tom's free time includes catching up on the latest movies, reading presidential biographies, and discovering new and exciting ways to get around the Foreign Policy Magazine paywall.
